If you need to cancel your place at an AVN event, we’ll give you a full refund as long as we have your cancellation in writing (an email is fine) at least 14 days beforehand. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation date.

If you cancel your booking less than 14 days beforehand you can send someone else in your place instead – just let us know the new delegate name. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to issue a refund so close to an event.  We will already have confirmed your place with the venue and will have to pay them the full cost so we do have to pass this on. We hope you understand that to keep ticket prices to AVN events as low as we possibly can, we can’t be more flexible on this.

We may send you information on other AVN events in the future but we will never share your details with any third parties.
